We are not just another urgent care clinic that randomly treats a work related injury.

Since opening our doors in 2005, One Source has provided comprehensive, cost efficient, occupational medical services to more than 500 companies in the Tulsa area.

One Source Occupational Medicine is an independently owned healthcare facility that is dedicated exclusively to the practice of occupational medicine.

At One Source we have built our business based on our commitment to quality patient care and maintaining the productivity of your employees. The healthcare providers at One Source know the OSHA regulations very well, such as the difference between "first aid" and "medical treatment." We also understand the absolute importance of reducing recordable and lost-time work injuries. Sometimes the only difference between an OSHA recordable and non-recordable injury is the time and effort put forth by the provider, such as to determine if non-prescription medications are appropriate. When injuries do occur, we treat our patients with respect and provide them with the highest quality medical care. When more extensive treatment is required, referrals are made to specialists who also thoroughly understand the Worker’s Compensation system.

At One Source we perform post-offer examinations knowing that not every applicant is capable of safely performing the requirements of their prospective job.

During these exams we attempt to identify pre-existing medical conditions which would put the applicant at risk in the workplace and adversely impact his or her job performance.

Our attention to detail and our willingness to make the tough decisions during post-offer examinations sets us apart from our competitors. Selecting the right employee can decrease injuries and the associated costs.

One Source provides multiple options for drug testing including:

  • Federally regulated DOT urine drug screens
  • Multiple panel rapid urine drug screens
  • Synthetic cannabinoids testing
  • Hair testing
  • Breath alcohol testing

Gregory L. Mitchell, M.D., the owner and medical director, has been a certified Medical Review Officer (MRO) for more than twenty years and can verify all confirmed drug screen results. He and the other providers also regularly use the Oklahoma Prescription Monitoring Program to identify abuse of prescription medications.

All healthcare providers at One Source

are licensed and have practiced solely in the fields of occupational/emergency medicine. Each provider is listed on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners making them qualified to perform DOT exams under the NRCME program.
